Review

This series has started off in a good direction but I'm just conflicted. Loving the steam-level of this book but the scheming and deceit coming from Kat is killing it for me. Is it bad that I don't want them to end up together, though, inevitably, that's what's going to happen? It's got all of the Steele-Jackson tie-ins that I was looking for--I love when a series progresses as a whole and you get bits and pieces of storyline of past characters (eeeek Haley and Lachlan have kids now!!). I will read on to Decode My Desires just to see the direction this turns but, because I don't loooooove the main characters at play here, I can't love this particular series just yet. 

A solid 3.5 stars
